Our mission is to help students succeed academically, develop leadership and life skills, and build long-term opportunities for themselves and their communities. IFBA places a strong emphasis on accountability, consistency, and student development.
Position Overview
IFBA is seeking a Scholarship & Program Support Officer to support the execution of our scholarship programming and outreach activities. We are especially interested in candidates who are early- to mid-career professionals with some relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for student development.

To ensure the right long-term fit, IFBA uses a paid probationary period before confirming a full-time appointment.
Initial Phase: Paid probation / competitive internship-style period
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Purpose: Evaluate communication, reliability, initiative, and cultural fit
Outcome:
Successful candidates will receive a full-time offer with increased compensation
Candidates who are not a fit will not be continued
This structure allows both IFBA and the candidate to assess fit before making a long-term commitment.
