Business Systems Analyst

Description:

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for overseeing and managing all IFBA’s business systems, all electronic and web resources used to get IFBA work done. The BSA is responsible for monitoring all website traffic, managing and accounting for all social media traffic and measuring engagements, assisting IFBA members with all technical issues and helping them use IFBA software. The BSA is responsible for consolidating all of IFBA’s online properties and providing reports on monthly usage. All information systems-related issues will be managed by the BSA.


Donor Relations Coordinator

Job Description:

The Donor Relations Coordinator (DRC) is responsible for all contact and communication with IFBA donors. The DRC’s job is to ensure that we are continuously engaging with people who make donations to IFBA, recruit donors for IFBA, and reporting on IFBA’s work to donors, to sustain and retain IFBA donors. The DRC is also responsible for creating and sending out all IFBA donor-related marketing material that allows donors to be aware of which projects their donations went to. All donor-related activities and events will require the active participation of the DRC.


FINANCIAL MANAGER

Job Description:

The IFBA financial manager will work under the chief financial officer and shall be responsible for managing all of IFBA’s internal finances and financial policies. The financial manager will oversee QuickBooks and other financial instruments and create an end of year tax reporting and receipt of IFBA donors and the public at large.


GRANT COORDINATOR

Job Description:

The IFBA Grant Coordinator is responsible for heading all of IFBA’s grant research and leading the initiatives for IFBA grants. The grant coordinator is responsible for reaching out with grantors and grant-making institutions for grant reviews, grant reporting and much more. The grant coordinator will be responsible for working with projects leads to identify and research relevant grants.


Human Resource Manager

Job Description:

Human Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Essential job responsibilities include: Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures and policies that relate to company personnel. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.


PARTNER SCHOOLS MANAGER

Job Description:

The IFBA Partner Schools Manager’s role is to oversee the management of all IFBA partner schools, report on the different schools, compile their information and create profiles for each school. The IFBA school manager will also work closely with the Executive Director of Liberia to make sure that up to date reporting is maintained with the schools.


VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Job Description:

The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator (VEC) is responsible for all IFBA’s point of contact and engagement with both IFBA volunteers and potential IFBA volunteers. This position deals with recruiting and vetting all IFBA volunteers, marketing and advertising to volunteers, providing information on a regular basis to all volunteers and potential volunteers, and providing volunteers with credit and other information to show that they volunteered with IFBA. This position is also responsible for event planning, working with event coordinators and other events related activities, with the focus on understanding the event plans and to determine if/when volunteers are needed. This person will also focus their efforts on creating a retention program for IFBA to retain and reuse volunteers, turning them into members and donors throughout their engagement with IFBA.


VP of Finance

Job Description:

The VP of Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing all of IFBA’s finance database. This includes donations, operational costs and more. overseeing cash flow planning, preparing and reviewing budgets.
